Q: What design services do you offer?

We specialize in brand identity design, which includes logo design. We also offer website design for Shopify, Wix, Square, and Acuity users and much more. Q: How do you approach the branding process?

Brand strategy is always solidified first before any designing begins. Ensuring that your brand is memorable, trustworthy, and visible is the #1 goal. After confirming the brand strategy, I will create two (2) unique moodboards for your brand. Once you chose a moodboard, we move forward with the one concept approach for branding.

Q: What is included in your branding packages?

Each branding package has its own perks! The foundation of each branding package is brand strategy & brand identity. From there, we build upon the foundation based on the level of your package choice. Check out the description under the specific package option for more details.

Q: What is your typical turnaround time for branding projects?

Our branding packages are unique so each turnaround time is also unique. The complete details are included in the description of the packages. This is the same for a la carte design services. 

Q: How many revisions are included in the branding process?

You are allowed four (4) free revisions total. The brand identity design process is split into two (2) separate sections in the client portal. You are allowed two (2) per section. Any additional revisions are associated with a $35 fee. Please note that revisions will add additional time to your project timeline.

Q: Do you offer printing services for branded materials?

Yes, it's included as a service for brand identity packages only (just for now, though). I can however, give printing suggestions for any designs.

Q: Can you create brand guidelines for consistent usage?

Yes, here at Art & Allure Design Studio, ensuring you are successful after the project is complete is included in the service! (how's that for a win-win?). You will receive a goodbye packet and brand guidelines sheet after your project is complete. They will be uploaded to your client portal along with tons of other valuable info.

Q: How do you handle feedback and communication during the branding process?

Client feedback is encouraged! How will I know if you are happy with the designs if you don't speak up? We value effective communication here. Once onboarded, you have unlimited access to your client portal, where you can communicate directly with me, leave feedback about each stage of the project, express any concerns and more. Plus, it saves more much time than back & forth emails. 

Q: What file formats will I receive?

You will receive PNG, PDF, SVG, and JPG files. AI files can also be sent per request. 

Q: Do you offer ongoing support for maintaining brand consistency?

Absolutely Yes! Once your branding project is complete, you will receive complimentary ongoing support for 90 days. Feel free to ask about retainer options for services beyond 90 days. 

Q: Can you accommodate rush projects or tight deadlines?

Currently, I do not offer a rush option for projects. I can do my best accommodate deadlines if they are given upfront. If I am unable to accommodate your deadline, I will inform you and offer suggestions of amazing designers I am familiar with. 

Q: Can you provide references or examples of past branding projects?
